First run

Four steps. About two minutes

  1. 01

    Open the disk image and drag Comms to Applications.

    A normal Mac app: drag, drop, open. No installer.

  2. 02

    Grant two permissions on first run.

    Screen Recording and Microphone. macOS asks for each on first use; both are standard for this kind of app.

  3. 03

    Connect an agent.

    Click send on the palette, then Connect an agent… It copies one line — comms listen — to paste into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Conductor, or your own harness. The agent appears in AGENTS.

  4. 04

    Record, draw, talk, stop, send.

    When you stop, the bar shows a chip per agent. Pick one and the brief lands in its session. The take is saved as a .comms package in ~/Movies/Comms: video.mp4, session.json, transcript.json, meta.json, index.html, and a clean and a marked crop per annotation. comms session <folder> prints the brief.
